Metered usage
No surprise invoices.
Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and prepaid credits extend it. When both are used up, writes pause until the cycle resets or you top up — we never bill you for usage you did not choose to buy. You only pay for what you actually store.
Overage is a flat $2.00 per 1,000 stored memories across paid plans. Reads and retrievals are never metered.
How it adds up
Say you're on Pro and store 30,000 memories in a busy month against the 25,000 included. That's 5,000 over — five units at $2.00, about $10 in overage.

What counts as a stored memory?
One durable entry in your record — a decision, a keyframe, or a recorded mistake — held for retrieval. Reads and retrievals aren't counted, so querying the same entry a thousand times costs nothing extra. The included allotment is what you hold, not what you look at.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
Writes pause and your agent is told why. Reads keep working. Top up with prepaid credits at $2.00 per 1,000 — or upgrade — and writes resume immediately; otherwise they resume when the cycle resets. You are never billed for usage you did not buy first.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once up front at ten months for twelve — $390 a year for Pro, $490 per seat for Team. Prices are in USD.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — plans can be changed as your project and team change. Note that the allotments and retention windows in the table above move with the plan, so ask us before downgrading if retention matters to you.

Is my data used to train models?
No. Your decisions are your record, exportable at any time, and never used to train anything. Enterprise deployments add residency, retention and a signed DPA.
